Pro Bono

UCL Laws has a strong tradition of providing access to justice to vulnerable communities. We encourage all of our students to put the knowledge and skills they learn during their studies to practical use in the community, and see how the law can be used as an effective instrument for social change.

At the heart of our pro bono activities is the Centre for Access to Justice. Working in partnership with charitable organisations and legal professionals, the Centre provides legal assistance to members of our local community, and seeks to foster an awareness of, and a commitment to the value of social justice in our students.
