Kevin’s primary interests are in jurisprudence and teaches the subject regularly. He also has research interests in moral philosophy, political philosophy, philosophy of action, and constitutional theory. He has published a number of articles in jurisprudence and constitutional theory.
Kevin Toh joined the Faculty of Laws as a senior lecturer in 2016, after teaching at the philosophy departments of Indiana University and San Francisco State University. Kevin also has held visiting fellowships at University College, Oxford University, University of Texas School of Law in Austin, and University of Edinburgh.
Kevin holds a Ph.D. in philosophy and a J.D. from University of Michigan, and an A.B. in social studies from Harvard College.
