The purpose of the course is to enable students to familiarise themselves with the core concepts and concerns of trusts law.
At the end of the course, students should have a good knowledge and understanding of the rules governing the creation of express trusts, the duties of trustees and other fiduciaries, the remedies for breach of these duties, and the circumstances under which resulting and constructive trusts are imposed.
